on the top of the house: a large living room – dining room with a large bay window giving access to a beautiful furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the port of Marina del Este, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, …) and a guest toilet,
going down the stairs, on level -1, there are 3 beautiful bedrooms, one with its own bathroom with bathtub and double bed of 180, a bedroom with a double bed of 180 (2 beds of 90 combined) and finally a bedroom with a trundle bed of 90 (+ bed below). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. On this floor is a 2nd bathroom and from one of the bedrooms you can access an outdoor patio where the washing machine is located,
Go down one more level and you will find a large living dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed of 180 (2 beds of 90 combined) and a bathroom. It’s like an apartment! From this level you can access the outdoor area with a beautiful covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and the pool area with sun loungers and a shower.
This house is available from September until June with a monthly rent of 1800 € + water and electricity bills.

The house is air conditioned (bedrooms and living room) and has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
