On the upper floor, the living dining room and a fully equipped separate kitchen, both with access to a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy sumptuous sea view.

The swimming pool is only 20 m from the house and offers a fantastic environment with a large swimming pool, a childrens ‘ pool, showers, toilets and deckchairs, all with sea view!

Finally you will find on the spot 2 courts of Padel. Everything is free and private for the residence!

The residence is perfectly maintained with a gardener and a security officer between 9pm and 5am.
